He reassured the Windows phone users that the demands for Microsoft Office have not been ignored, and they are going to get the update very soon. It was very frustrating for people to make use of the Windows mobile phone, only to find they cannot make use of the Microsoft Office and therefore, many people switched over to the Android platform.

Before the Chinese New Year, which takes place on 19 February, 2015, Microsoft promised to provide an announcement about the release of this software. At a press event for the upcoming Windows 10, Belfiore is most likely to hint at the announcement. It could be the first release of the consumer preview for Windows 10. The post that was done on the Chinese social networking website also confirmed they are looking into new features integrated with Microsoft Office.
